Educational Requirements:Currently licensed as RN in state; Masters Degree in Nursing and certification through a national Nurse Practitioner licensing board.
Position Requirements:At least one year in Hospice or Palliative care
Prior Nurse Practitioner experience, preferred.
Job Specific Details: Position will be based in the Fremont office (3 days per week) and the Toledo office (2 days per week).
