Job Description
Will utilize statistical knowledge, programming techniques, and project management skills in data management and analysis. Will collaborate on data collection methods, writing, and archival, as well as the application of appropriate statistical methods for the analysis under the direction of the statistical consultants. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a major in statistics/biostatistics or mathematics, or a computer science degree with experience and/or coursework in applied statistics required. Other Qualifications:
Previous work experience or coursework in computer programming and use of software packages for data management and statistical analysis is preferred. Proven written and oral communication skills are essential. Ability to think logically, systematically analyze, and evaluate alternate solutions in problem solving is required. Previous experience in SAS, R, and STATA on Windows, UNIX and Mainframe platforms is preferred. Proven competency to work independently is preferred. Knowledge of current medical developments and terminology is also desirable.
Hours/Pay Period: Full-time
Schedule Details: Monday-Friday, Days
Compensation Detail: Salaried (Exempt) - Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. *The minimum salary every two weeks is approximately $1,926, based on a full-time position.
