Job Description
Provides nursing care in the home setting. Must assess patient needs, plan and implement plan of care and evaluate outcomes of nursing care.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (RN). Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider Level or equivalent.
Other Qualifications:
Prefer minimum of one year experience in acute care setting. BSN preferred. Public Health Certification preferred. Keyboarding or computer training/experience preferred.
License or Certification:
Current Minnesota and Iowa Registered Nurse license. Current driver's license.
Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Hours/Pay Period: 56
Schedule Details: Monday-Friday Days Rotating on-call and weekends
Weekend Schedule: Rotating on-call with scheduled visits.
