Position Description:

This individual supports Benefit Operations readiness reviews for external audits. Individual serves a single point of contact for external partners and internal business partners and brings forward to Benefit Operations the audit scope as it relates to operational process reviews and defines operational involvement. This position is a functional SME, has a broad business approach, develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends and is a resource to senior leadership. Has oversight of related activities across functional areas and communicates project progress through stage gate reviews and documented adherence action plans in accordance to operational readiness review model.
Will be responsible for all related aspects of claim system processes and claim business rules. Includes claims systems utilization, capacity analyses/planning and reporting. Includes claims-related business and systems analysis. Ensures data integrity, data security and process optimization.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience with internal and external audit support AND 5+ years health care industry experience required OR a Bachelors degree  with 2 years audit and healthcare experience required.
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills required
  • Experience within Regulatory / Compliance environment a plus
