Sodexo has a new position in CT. This is an exciting opportunity to show off your skills in all areas of contract management. This position will oversee the efficient delivery of services to our client in the areas of:
Janitorial
Food Services
Catering
Office Coffee
Mail Room
Space Planning
AV
Shipping/Receiving
Requirements/Goals:
Successfully complete transitions of services to Sodexo within 90 days of go live while maintaining a minimum of 90% of the current staff.
Establish a relationship with system owners for all services supervised
Understand budget for each service
Identify at least two cost savings/efficiencies within first 6 months of contract year
Establish Safety committee that works across all areas of responsibility
Set up regular Safety Huddles and attain a 95% week over week consistency rating
Must have demonstrated knowledge of the following position requirements:
budgets,
computer software,
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Manage a team of employees in the varying scopes of work
Preference for bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish
Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
