The Dealer Agreement Coordinator is an entry-level position that is designed for professional that are entering the workforce. This role is responsible for assisting regional managers assigned to multiple business centers with the implementation of the domestic Dealer Network.
This role will operate as the liaison between business centers and headquarters to ensure network activity packages are prepared accurately prior to regional manager approval. In addition, the Dealer Agreement Coordinator will assist in network tracking, as well as support multiple reporting functions as they relate to the domestic dealer network. Various special assignments will also be expected if needed.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong communication, both written and verbal skills
* Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
* Detail oriented with a strong sense of business acumen
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Must be willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 3+ months experience working in an automotive environment
* The capability to understand and analyze legal documents
* Knowledge of Network Action Request (NAR), Dealer Commitment (DCD), Dealer Agreement (DAD), and Dealer Agreement Portfolio (DAP) Databases
* Retail dealership experience
