Job Description:

The Richards Group is hiring an experienced Hispanic media negotiator/buyer to work on some of our key clients.

Responsibilities

Analyze, negotiate, buy, and maintain broadcast media schedules to ensure optimum value for agency clients
Proactively seek and review media proposals to identify opportunities for additional exposure
Develop strong understanding of clients marketing objectives
Collaborate with media planners to extend beyond the scope of traditional plans
Stay abreast of constantly changing media landscape
Maintain strong understanding of Hispanic market
Establish and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of agency-side experience negotiating and buying Hispanic broadcast media within the continental United States
Consumption of Hispanic media (preferred)
Fluent in both Spanish and English (preferred)
Strong negotiating skills
Possess strong relationships with Hispanic media outlets
Media planning experience is a plus
Highly detail-oriented
Self-driven
Strong work ethic and fun, energetic attitude
