CSC's Center of Excellent Contact Center is hiringCSC's Center of Excellent Contact Center is hiring 15 Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for full-time opportunities for our large state-of-the art call center facility near DFW Airport, zip code 76155.* You must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance which includes a criminal background check, verification of U.S. citizenship, and a credit check.*Position pays $11.32/hour $.80/hour differential added for Bilingual. Position starts on Monday, June 24, 2013. You must be flexible to work a full time 8.5 hour shift schedule between the hours of 7am to 8pm, Monday thru Friday. Qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English. The position will be supporting a large federal government contract and immediate CSRs are needed to answer high volume in-bound calls. The CSRs will be providing support for an informational hotline that receives calls from the general public to answer questions on government programs. The qualified candidate will be handling incoming customer service phone calls professionally, providing "world class" customer service along with accurate and appropriate information to every caller. Must have excellent attendance and be able to control customer call time. U.S CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers. Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client. Completes call guides; gathers and verifies required information. Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service. Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames. Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation. Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
