Description DescriptionSummary of Position:DM Services, Inc. is seeking Bilingual individuals for credit specialist positions. Responsibilities for credit specialists include:- Maintaining positive customer relations while answering incoming phone calls.- Addressing various types of customer inquiries and concerns pertaining to recent orders, account information and credit status.- Access multiple screens of information in the computer system- Answers customer questions about accounts receivables, and address any customer concerns.Skills Required:Must be able to speak, read and write Spanish and EnglishDesired Skills:Customer serviceData entry experienceTypingCompany provides:Flexible scheduling between the hours of 12p to 12am Monday through Friday.The pay for Bilingual Credit Specialists is $10.25 per hour.
