Western Suburb distribution company seeks Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include: Handle customer correspondence, complaints, and inquiries. Responsible for coordinating orders for customers, and for the timely shipment of products according to customer and company policies and procedures. Maintain email inquiries, phones calls and manage customer accounts. Keep up to date inventory status. Attends and participates in meetings as required. Maintain vast knowledge of clients business, competition, and latest trends. Work closely with warehouse and shipping, as well as other departments to ensure on-time and efficient delivery of orders. Interest in potential internal sales preferred. Ability to help peers expedite orders on a daily basis; this includes packing orders and creating UPS/FedEx shipping labels when needed. Job Requirements include: Fluent Spanish speaking, reading, and writing capabilities. Ability to prioritize, organize and complete tasks in accordance with established standards and deadlines is required. Excellent customer satisfaction and telephone call handling skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and hit deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks and Outlook is a must. Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to be a team player. Associates Degree is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
