Positions are contingent upon funding and departmental need.Re-employment in subsequent quarters in academic year 2013 - 2014 may be possible as openings in the department occur for which the applicant is qualified. Such re-employment is contingent upon a satisfactory evaluation of the applicant's teaching performance, curricular need, and funding.StatusQuarterly Adjunct Lecturer: 2013-2014 Academic YearQualificationsPh.D. or A.B.D. or M.A. in Spanish. Native- or near-native level fluency in Spanish. Commitment to and evidence of excellence in teaching courses at the college level. Must have expertise and experience with ACTFL Standards-based teaching and assessment and instructional technologies. Must have the ability to serve as mentor to students of diverse backgrounds.
