As a Unit Sales Manager, you will Increase the Sales team's net sales, both in the property and insured funerals, to achieve a weekly sales plan. Supprt and motivate Sales Counselors to achieve personal success, as well as the overall success of the team. Consistently recruit and develop new sales counselors monthly.
