Job Description:
Foreign Bank/ Global Player
Exciting full time opportunity now available for an Executive Assistant. Reporting to President / CEO of foreign bank based in Manhattan.
3 to 5 years experience. Flair for public relations and handling C-level contacts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Making travel arrangements, professionally translating documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English, maintain executives budgeting, some travel may be required, maintaining executives schedule, creating documents, follow-up, taking meeting notes, various office duties (i.e. filing, faxing), etc.
Executive Assistant Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
3 + years of corporate administrative experience in positions that demonstrate longevity and increasing responsibility
Experience in a professional services environment is preferred
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to edit and proofread with precision in both English and Spanish.
Outstanding ability to multi-task.
Demonstrates sensitivity and discretion in regards to confidential information
Bright, assertive, and astute
Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
