Job Description
Performs managerial duties of supervision with multiple radiology departments. Is responsible for budgeting and the stategic planning of the Radiology Departments. Responsible for directing departmental activites, technologists and support staff. Works closely with the Regional Director and physician leadership on quality and safety issues.
Basic Qualifications:
ARRT registered or Bachelor Degree; Minimum of three years in a leadership role; Possesses a thorough knowledge of the principles of radiographic exposure and quality improvement. Functions with initative and independent judgementl Plan, direct and supervise the technical aspects of the department in regard toservice, billing, budgeting, policies and long term planning. Responsible for the performance level of staff members in accordance with quality standards and state, local, and federal requirements.
