Consultants use advertising, communication, PR & media strategies to foster relationships & conversations that lead to increased sales & membership growth. They are expert in reading audiences & tailoring campaigns that resonate w/ them. They creatively use a range of media & tactics to propagate KP Colorado's most influential stories & points of distinction, ensuring alignment w/ regional & ICBM strategy. Consultants serve as a liaison between their clients & Integrated Communications & Brand Management. They are problem solvers & interdepartmental facilitators. Each consultant has a primary client or area of focus. Their client may be a line of business (i.e., large group, small group, KPIF & Medicare). Or they may be responsible for an area that cuts across lines of business (i.e., member communications & the collaborative model in our outlying service areas). They develop a consultative relationship w/ the individuals in their LOB or focus area who are responsible for building relationships w/ our customers. Essential Functions:
