The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team of business analysts in managing the business function on a daily basis, including leading day-to-day business processes, processing production operations work, problem resolution activities, customer support and implementation of application changes. The role works with customers, cross functional teams, and other key stakeholders to resolve application-related user problems. They assign tasks and perform assignments that may be broad in nature by making decisions pertaining to business unit requirements, as well as assisting with production operation processing. The candidate will also lead and support information security and business continuity activities. They will also be responsible for coach, developing, mentoring and managing staff. - Acts as a change agent for the applications supported by Treasury and Payments Services. This includes developing and implementing new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient. Plans and schedules activities in operational area and coordinates with other teams and stakeholders, such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, National IT, or other operations as required; resolves more complex working problems, analyzes and recommends solutions to problems.
