- Undergraduate degree required; a healthcare-related degree is a plus (preferred: RN, PA, NP)
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare work experience
- Quality measurement experienced preferred
- SQL experience or DB query experience preferred
- Excellent written/oral communication and listening skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand complex applications and derive solutions
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Strong knowledge of administrative claims data and medical coding systems (i.e. SNOMED, Medcin, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9, RxNorm, NDC)
- Solid PC computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Symmetry products is desired.
