Description

Human Resources Director

The HR Director develops and implements HR policies and programs for the organization, inc. employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, performance mgmt, LOAs, safety and health and supervises HR staff. Also assists and advises on HR issues.

Qualified candidates must have bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR Management or related field; 3 years recent experience in HR mgmt, healthcare and union experience strongly preferred.
