Position starts on Monday, June 24, 2013. You must be flexible to work a full time 8.5 hour shift schedule between the hours of 7am to 8pm, Monday thru Friday.Qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English. The position will be supporting a large federal government contract and immediate CSRs are needed to answer high volume in-bound calls. The CSRs will be providing support for an informational hotline that receives calls from the general public to answer questions on government programs.The qualified candidate will be handling incoming customer service phone calls professionally, providing "world class" customer service along with accurate and appropriate information to every caller.
