CoWorx Staffing is currently working with a client in Raynham, MA to fill an opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. The schedule for this opportunity is Monday - Friday, 12PM - 9PM. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative - The Customer Service Representative's (CSR) function it to receive incoming calls from existing residential and commercial customers. The primary role of a CSR is to provide customer assistance on a wide array of topics including, but not limited to, general inquiries, product and service inquiries and billing questions and disputes; therefore, candidates must have/demonstrate a fundamental commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
