The Harvard Drug Group is currently looking for Spanish-speaking/writing bilingual candidates for our Inside Sales Representative position in Daytona, FL Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) drives business by selling pharmaceutical products to pharmacies via phone. Inside Sales Representatives employ and execute a variety of sales techniques and campaigns, all while providing superior customer service. The ISR builds partnerships with customers as they become their preferred source for all the customers pharmaceutical needs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers with the objective(s) of new account acquisition; existing account expansion; and existing account retention. Solicit competitive intelligence information from customers. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with an assigned group of customer accounts. Contribute to overall development and continuous improvement of the Inside Sales function. Experience and Educational Requirements: Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two or four year degree program; a candidate with equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered, but a college degree is preferred. Experience in the healthcare and/or telemarketing industries is preferred but not required. Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements: Fluent (speaking and writing) Spanish language skills.
