And its a proud tradition that continues today with the next dedicated, enterprising individual that joins our teamhopefully, you. Right now, we are seeking a Territory Sales Executive. The TSE is responsible for new sales of all retail products for agent locations in San Diego and Palm Springs area of California. He/she is also responsible for training and ramping up the locations with existing merchandising items that are in stock. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting - Responsible for visiting prospects on a regular basis as well as follow-up on leads given to him/her * Negotiating - Responsible for proposing long term partnership and value proposition of Western Union; this position does not sell a product (no car salesman attitude) * Gathering documents needed to enroll the agent, providing all departments with the right information in due time (credit, sales support.) * Activating agents - software installation, training * Delivering results according to companys ambition * Reporting - responsible for reporting activity according to teams rules * Excellent at prospecting, acquiring, closing new sales * Skillfull at building long-term business relationships * Bachelors degree plus 2 years of experience * Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products or financial services is a plus * Successful experience as a hunter is required as this is the specificity of this job * Excellent listening skills * Able to gain the trust and confidence of clients * Candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish in both language and writing skills. * Previous experience in Money Transfer is an asset
