Call center supports technology products. Positions are providing technical trouble shooting for these products. Students are encouraged to apply. Call center experience is not required. Training will be provided. Training class starts June 24, 2013. Must be flexible within the hours of operation:Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.Saturday/Sunday 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.Schedules will be created somewhere within the days and hours of operation. Must be able to pass background check seven (7) years back. Must be able to pass customer service test and technical test. Those not qualifying for our Spanish support will be considered for other lines of business. Must have high school diploma or G.E.D. Assignment offers hourly wage plus incentives through monthly bonus programs; opportunty for advancement.
