Title: Spanish-Portuguese Cryptologic Linguist Analyst SMELocation: United States-North Carolina-FayettevilleOther Locations:Key Role:Participate as an intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) Spanish and Portuguese linguist analyst and transcriber. Prepare language transcription to respond to evolving enemy tactics and changing threat environments to meet specialized intelligence requirements. Formulate global language instruction to respond to evolving operational and training requirements. Prepare a detailed life cycle model for unit-level cryptologic specialty training which will integrate into DoD and AF global and cryptologic training requirement, signals intelligence analysis, and continuation training expectations. Provide advanced analysis in response to specific threats and incident reports based on emerging threats for predictive and reactive situations and develop tools to track unit level linguist progression as target analyst. Manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to reports on unit level mission collection and backlog metrics to provide leadership with visibility on current collection and processing efforts. Analyze a variety of information, assess cryptologic language process effectiveness critical to the nation, and develop relevant research studies and recommendations.Basic Qualifications:-6 years of experience as a cryptologic language analyst supporting DoD air or ground ISR and cyber elements-Experience with transcribing aural language into written format-Experience with analyzing adversary military activities and developing signals intelligence activities into written reports-Experience with implementing higher headquarters programs at the operational level and analyzing and identifying reportable indicators based on national and theater-level requirements-Experience with translating written materials into English-Knowledge of signals intelligence platform capabilities and employment-Ability to show Spanish or Portuguese language aptitude of listening 3 and reading 3-Ability to articulate client training needs to courseware development teams-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph-AA or AS degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with instructing in Advanced Distributed Learning environments-Experience with formal syllabi, curriculum, contents, and training methodology-Experience with ISD implementation-AA or AS degree in Intelligence Studies preferred-US Air Force or Intelligence Community Instructor Certification or AccreditationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
