Adobe AdLens offers a challenging career experience, top-notch benefits and the best and brightest minds in the business.Adobe AdLens/ Efficient Frontier's Account Manager is responsible for leading and directing resources responsible for strategic development and day-to-day management and optimization of our clients' paid search, biddable display and Facebook programs, with the main goal of driving our clients' business/ROI goals. The Account Manager should be a leader, forward thinking, analytical, creative, detail-oriented and a team-player.Responsibilities * Act as the primary point-of-contact for paid search and paid social advertising clients based in Latin America. * Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns and cross channel media, with influence over supporting team members including Associate Account Manager and intern team members. * Drive strategic program development and identify areas for upsell and account growth. * Desire and willingness to test, embrace and encourage new technologies, product offerings and marketing channels. * Develop program summary/analysis, set agendas, and present to senior decision makers . * Provide client recommendations to include: search engine marketing, display remarketing, biddable ad exchange media, mobile, Facebook, creative, and analytics. * Define clients' business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue. * Provide leadership in the development of client strategies and presentations. * Contribute to company initiatives, processes and roll-outs.Requirements * BA/BS required and 3-6 years client services experience managing accounts. * Must speak Spanish or Portuguese * Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results. * Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables and v-lookups) and PowerPoint a must. * Highly organized and analytical . * Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. * Background in Search Marketing/SEM/PPC. * Background in Performance Display Advertising or Social Media, a plus. * Familiarity with Facebook or Linkedin AdsAdobe has been a pioneer and innovator throughout its history and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Global Brands according to Interbrand.
