Description We have immediate openings for 50 Outbound/Inbound Sales Call Center Representatives and 40 English and Spanish Customer Service Representatives Assist customers with medical applications and eligibility requirements for a government program. The ideal candidate with have: Outstanding customer service experience Stable work history Patience and the ability to assist customers step by step in the application process including detailed explanations of services and appointments available to them. Computer assessments with grades that meet the criteria and the ability to utilize a customized so ware program. We are looking for candidates with 80 key stokes per hour, typing 35 plus words per minute, must be proficient in MS Office. Training provided. It requires a HS Diploma or GED, consent to run a criminal background check. We have both part time and full time positions available. Part time hours are from 10am-3pm Monday-Friday.
