Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

Facts about the Role: We are seeking Bilingual Call Center Representatives for great opportunities in Hartford, CT and New York City! These positions are temporary to permanent roles.

Multiple shifts are available:
8am-5pm
11am-8pm
Flexibility regarding shifts is preferred
Full time and part time positions available!

We?re looking for customer service representatives to work in an inbound call center environment. Our client is seeking patient and flexible individuals with strong communication skills and who have a positive customer service attitude!

Required Skills:
?High school diploma or GED required
?Ability to type a minimum of 35wpm (typing skills will be tested)
?Must be fluent in Spanish and English
?At least 2+ years? experience working in a customer service capacity
