We are currently seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused team player who enjoys using their technical expertise to troubleshoot complex problems while supporting enterprise level, business critical applications. As a Software Support Engineer, you will be expected to: * Put customers first while delivering a world-class level of support. * Be accountable and maintain ownership of workload. * Be innovative and creative in your problem solving methods. * Communicate well, both on the phone and in email. * Work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Have a fundamental understanding of standard programming languages. * Understand application server technology such as IIS and Tomcat. * Have a working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix. * Have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Heres what will put you above the rest: * Experience providing specialized support for software solutions preferred not required. * Strong understanding of programming languages, scripting, and web server standards:i.e. Java, .NET, Groovy, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, Silverlight * Ability to work effectively in teams and as an individual. * Familiarity with PBS products or equivalent software. * The ability to commumicate fluently in either of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French Canadian This position offers a great opportunity to be an integral part of a progressive, growing company fueled by intelligent, driven and committed employees.
