Nevada Health Centers, Inc. is a federally funded Community Health Center Program (CHC) that has operated medical centers in Nevada for over 30 years. NVHC operates 17 medical facilities, 2 dental clinics, and an OB/GYN clinic throughout the state, including the Nevada Health Centers Mammovan, Miles for Smiles buses, Health Care for the Homeless clinic in Las Vegas and we currently operate 7 WIC Centers throughout Clark County.

Nevada Health Centers, Inc. (NVHC) is a federally funded, community health center that has been providing health services throughout the state of Nevada for 29 years. We presently have over twenty medical and dental centers and other health related programs. Everyone is welcome at our health facilities and we offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients' that is based on family income.
NVHC is recruiting for aRN CARE COORDINATORto join our team of professionals in Las Vegas, Nevada. The RN care coordinator functions as a member of the health care team to ensure the provision of quality patient care on a daily basis.
The successful applicant will need to have the following education/requirements:
One to two years recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting, acute care, skilled or rehabilitation clinical setting required
Bilingual/Spanish
Bachelors Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nevada
CPR certification
