SATURDAYS AND OVERTIME REQUIRED AVAILABLE FROM 8AM-8PM, SAT 8-6PM
MUST BE BI-LINGUAL SPANISH
$12.00 - $13.00 /hour
Department Responsibilities:
Processing center, responsible for new customer programs, Long Beach service center, Programs include Refrigerator rebates, recycling, energy surveys and cash for appliance rebates.
Department Environment: Fast pace Call center environment Customer Service oriented
Computer Application Skills: Word Excel Access will train, inputting only into database Lotus Notes
Required Soft Skills: Adapts quickly to change Some analytical skills required, will interpret rates Call center environment

Previous call center experience a plus. Whole test for Word and Excel, scoring 70%+. Must type 35 words per minute.
Customer Service Rep is needed to take daily phone calls about energy efficient programs.
Will be working in a call center environment. 100% of the time will be on phones.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Punctuality and attendance are very important.
Work can involve 80 to 100 customer calls per day.
Maybe required to do some outbound calling regarding surveying of products offered to customers.
Work will require using a Computer and being able to analyze request and data in a short amount of time.
Able to produce documents on Excel and Word. Detail oriented; inbound call center; must be able to work any shift from 8am to 8pm; some Saturdays may be required.
