Description Job Description: Judge Executive Search is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor for a large E-Commerce Distribution Center in Union, NJ. All candidates must speak Spanish. Principle Accountabilities: Hours of 2pm-12am, (Sundays plus 4 weekdays) Responsible for Outbound/Inbound Associates Must have experience supervising up to 60+ associates Responsible for Machine Operators Recognize, troubleshoot, and correct warehouse management system and process problems Manage the slotting of items within the warehouse Interface with vendors / buyers to insure accurate receiving Train associates on the warehouse management system and procedures Follow and train on procedures in the training materials Job Requirements knowledge of Manhattan WMS. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A LARGE DISTRIBUTION CENTER WITH AT LEAST 250 ASSOCIATES PER SHIFT Must be fluent in Spanish Experience with MS Office Suite Retail distribution experience strongly preferred This is a 2nd or 3rd Shift position 3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory role DMJ-382278S Salary: 450-550 Requirements See job description.
