Title: Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Sales Associate - Training Classes Begin 07/08/13 5:00pm-10:30pm (6 Weeks)Location: US-NE-OmahaJob Number: OMA0403A Sales Associate provides Hyatt guests, hotels, and fellow team members with exceptional customer service throughout the inbound reservation process. Sales Associates must have the aptitude and ability to successfully perform in a sales role, in union with a high degree of customer service orientation. A Sales Associate must multi-task (talk, type, search multiple screens) without impact to the guest. Must be computer savvy and have the ability to type and utilize keyboard functions to navigate multiple programsA Sales Associate provides Hyatt guests, hotels, and fellow team members with exceptional customer service throughout the inbound reservation process. Sales Associates must have good phone etiquette and the ability to make accurate reservations. The right candidate must possess a high level of sales focus with the right balance of customer service skills. Must be able to work through complex problems while maintaining a positive attitude. The right candidate must be self-motivated and able to work in a self-study environment with little supervision. This position requires you to be computer/technology savvy and able to work within multiple sources of information at one time.Must be fluent in English and Spanish. (Earn an extra $1.00 per hour)Spanish language testing is required.Looking for individuals who can work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.Qualifications:
