Job Description:
Energy Company is seeking Bilingual Sales Representatives for their Residential Division.
We are looking for confident, and resilient Bilinguals with Drive, and Attitude!! Are you sales driven? Would you appreciate a market competitive hourly + commission position?
*Bilingual is a must (Fluent Spanish/English).*
The Bilingual Sales Representative position is responsible for making quality outbound telemarketing calls and performing other enrollment, and billing functions for the client, utilizing the web portal, predictive dialer, and various other internal systems. Work self sufficiently to make sales by enrolling customers in discount energy programs. At the company, the Sales Representative position performs many different activities, so it will be important for a candidate to have the ability to multi task effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
Strong sales background
Strong interpersonal, on line, and verbal communication skills.
Experience in public utilities, retail energy, or other service-based industry a plus
Proficient in the use of PC applications
Works well with other management and team members
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
Knowledge of call center processes and techniques including customer interaction and overcoming objections
Earning Potential
Hourly Plus Commission
