Our client, a leader in music entertainment systems, is in need of a Tech Support Specialist/ Help Desk Support for their Arlington Heights office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and leading company and work with a fun, energetic team. The Tech Support Specialist will be receiving calls from customers regarding PC, LAN, Internet connectivity issues as well as Audio/Video issues. Broad band support and Audio/Video call center experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be bilingual Spanish, should be very customer service focused, have basic experience in working on PCs and basic knowledge of electrical wiring.
