Job Description:
Automotive supplieris in search of a Field Quality Rep/ Liaison to handleissues at customer location, manage customer relations, and oversee sorting and containment methods, practices and procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:Represent the supplier and their interest.
Support engineering changes, product launches and materials reconciliation.
Investigate and review all issues related to quality.
Routinely review any and all rejected or suspect parts from production.
Report all quality related issues which includes: Detailed Data, Product, Inventory, and Illustrative Photos.
Oversee and assist in Containment Activities to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Be the support and communicatorbetween the supplier and customer.
