PositionDescription:


Positionsin this function are responsible for the coordination of Worksite Wellnessevents (onsite biometric screenings and flu vaccination clinics).

 PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Manages, implements, delivers, and evaluates/improves Worksite Wellness program and services.
  • Assist the OptumHealth, UnitedHealthcare, and Uniprise Strategic Accounts Executives (SAEs) by answering questions, problem solving and handling escalating issues in regards to Worksite Wellness from implementation to pricing.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with the customers through direct and indirect communications. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Worksite Wellness service issues and understand and manage customer expectations and service needs.
  • Attempt to achieve first-contact resolution of issues; collaborate with dedicated functional experts to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor and provide expected turnaround times for issue resolutions to the customer (SAE, account, colleagues, etc.)
  • Keeping current all PLPs and PRs associated with the delivery of customer service for the Worksite Wellness products.
  • Capturing and documenting all unique customer specific details associated with an account for worksite wellness.
  • Monitoring and providing all analysis reports and validating for accuracy
  • Develops trustworthy relationships within department and incorporates trust principles in day to day activities and interactions.
  • Interacts with staffs, customers, internal and external departments to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.-Works cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments, staff specifically the Optum Implementation Managers and
  • Product Managers to achieve program goals on time and improvements.
  • Participates in establishing Worksite Wellness departmental strategic goals and priorities.
  • Trend account problems and concerns. Identify and implement solutions in conjunction with customer support.
  • Perform the requests from our multiple employer groups to provide unique reports.
  • Participate in internal feedback sessions to explain the customer's experience to the product Management team. 
  • Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.
  • Individual must stay familiar with all the Worksite Wellness products and employer unique solutions.
  • Provide professional presentation for Worksite Wellness sales-support.
  • Basic, structured, standard approach to work.




Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of Wellness Program, Health Education, Health Promotion, Corporate Wellness, or Preventative Healthcare Services experience required
  • 3+ years of Account Management or Client Relationship experience required
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/professional email required
  • Ability to work with 50 or more clients and 30 or more biometric screenings per month required
  • Project Coordination experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
