Description Come Serve the United States Marine's at Quantico Virginia. Sodexo is recruiting for an Experienced General Manager for a large retail style cafeteria located on USMC Base in Quantico VA. As the GM you will need to have a high degree of marketing and culinary skills. The GM will need to have some experience in opening a new building as this position will shift into a new building in late July early August 2013 The GM will need to be detail oriented, creative and have excellent client and customer communication skills. The location will need a GM who can inspire the staff with exceptional leadership skills. Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account. Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree Basic Management Experience - 3 years Basic Functional Experience - 4 years Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
