Description

Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will be responsible for a wide variety of the recruitment and administrative support duties. This person will assist the recruitment of qualified candidates for non-exempt positions. This associate will conduct the initial screening and selection process to determine the qualifications for available positions then forward to the appropriate recruiter. They will also monitor the flow of applicants to ensure AAP, EEOC and federal guidelines are in compliance, while generating applicant information reports as needed.

Screening and scheduling in-person interviews (phone and online)
Participating and assisting in the development of local and national job fairs
Consulting with recruiters on applications in the interview and prescreen process
Collecting and ensuring accurate information on post offer paperwork from candidate
Manage post-offer process and tracking daily
Assist in assembling completed new hire paperwork
Assist walk-in applicants and employees
Other front desk duties as assigned

Proficiency (intermediate to advanced skill sets) in Microsoft Excel
The ability to establish priorities, administer a high volume of data and communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task and handle detailed work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exercise accurate judgment and/or discretion in making independent decisions within the scope of this position
Ability and desire to take initiative to learn with flexibility to change while demonstrating a positive attitude
Working knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to appropriate interview questions surrounding Title VII, ADA and ADEA requirements and issues
Professional appearance
Strong written and verbal skills
Customer and people oriented in dealing with a wide variety of people
Working conditions: Most of the duties of this position are performed in a climate controlled office environment. Typical physical requirements may include lifting up to 10lbs.
