Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 1 for Westchester Medical Center, located in Valhalla, New York. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This position is a day shift position, with some rotational weekends and holidays.This position reports directly to an Operations Manager on - site. Come join a winning team with Sodexo.
Leads hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level. May supervise less than 2 full time employees.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
