Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic team at Coliseum Health System located in Macon, GA. Coliseum Health System is a multi unit system, made up of two Sodexo contracted hospitals and a behavioral health facility located within Macon, GA. The ideal candidate will be highly self motivated with progressive clinical nutrition experience in an acute care hospital setting
Position will report to Clinical Nutrition Manager and selected candidate will:
Be required to work with direct inpatient care. Some weekend and holiday coverage including on call as needed
Be responsible for monitoring and achievement of clinical nutrition care standards
Assist in preparation and readiness for accreditation and regulatory visits for clinical and patient services areas
Preferred experience with Meditech, electronic medical record and Health Touch or dietary electronic meal ordering system

Provides comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Instructs patients/residents and/or hospital personnel in principles of nutrition and modifications of normal diet. Performs routine care responsibilities without training and direction.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
