Description Job Category: Manufacturing-Stamping Employment Type: Full Time Physical Location: Warren Stamping Plant The World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Analyst will work closely with manufacturing operations and WCM Pillars to support WCM process integration, planning, event coordination and group communications. This person will help the Pillars share the WCM Methodologies and champion continuous improvement to drive productivity. Will support the WCM Leads in pillar coordination and audit preparation. Will provide coaching/mentoring to teams and peers to promote the prioritization of WCM activities. This position will be responsible for tracking and updating status of all key projects, analyzing trends for tactical direction, organizing presentation material and meetings. A qualified candidate's duties include orchestrating town halls and calibration meetings. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree * Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment * Lean manufacturing knowledge * Strong Written and Verbal Communication * Self-directed * Able to multi-task * Excellent presentation preparation skills * Must possess excellent organizational skills * Project management experience Preferred Qualifications: * Master's Degree * Experience in World Class Manufacturing methodologies Requirements Please see job description.
