The Information Technology department has an immediate opening for an Information Security Threat Analyst on the Threat Management team. This critical role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and escalating threat events and vulnerability notifications for the Fifth District along with providing technical assessments of risk and threat events and coordinating necessary incident response actions. Additional Responsibilities
- Monitors, analyzes and escalates on the security status of the Fifth District utilizing tools such as anti-virus, vulnerability assessment tools, and compliance monitoring tools.
- Participates in vulnerability assessments of Bank owned systems and environments. Documents vulnerabilities and coordinates with the business areas for remediation.
- Evaluates vulnerabilities as they are released and work to ensure the environment is protected against new risks.
- Provides incident response assistance and participates internal incident response training.
- Participates in the risk management process. Researches product specific vulnerabilities and serves as an information security technical advisor.
