Large Urban School District in IL. Oversee and direct management team w/in 500+ School Locations; Elementary, Middle, High Schools; Support Managers and Client to provide excellent service to client. Analyze and Build and maintain strong team through recruitment and retention. Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote the Clients For Life philosophy. Lead and inspire your team to continually improve Sodexo's performance for our clients and customers. Develop and innovate to promote improved performance within unit. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and have strong leadership skills. Knowledge of National School Lunch Program desired.
Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and directly supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
