Day to Day Work

Unisys is seeking a Microsoft Office 365 Implementation Specialist (Systems Analyst) within our Global Managed Services Business Unit. The position sits within the Unisys ECP organization, which has multiple clients throughout North America and across the Globe.

Ideally based in Minneapolis, MN, the primary assignment will be for the City of Minneapolis; If you have a preference for travel, the opportunity to work for other clients, globally, is also an option, but not a requirement. We will consider remote locations, since the work can be performed in your own home office with internet connectivity.

Some of the Day to day responsibilities include:

·Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for multiple hosted MS Exchange environments (2007/2010) and Tier 2 support for Microsoft Office 365.

·Analyze and evaluate major system project requirements of considerable complexity; Work and Mentor junior System Administrators; perform detailed troubleshooting of incidents

·Day to day handling incident/trouble via ticketing systems, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, for multiple hosted MS Exchange environments (2007/2010) and Tier 2 support for Microsoft Office 365.

·Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2007/2010 and MS Office 365 infrastructure (ADFS, DirSync)

·Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; Administration of mailboxes and user accounts; public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments

·Message tracking and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues

·Configuration, management and troubleshooting of remote e-mail access using Outlook and OWA

·Patch and configuration management of hosted MS Exchange environments

·Verify daily Exchange and operating system backups and perform periodic restores

·Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot Exchange virus protection software & Blackberry Enterprise server

·Configure and troubleshoot wireless communication devices (Blackberries/Smart Phones)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting key clients, you will utilize your strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2007/2010 and MS Office 365 in an enterprise environment, while providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshoot support. This will include backup and restore procedures, CAS/HUB setups, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security. You will also support Enterprise Anti-SPAM products, manage a Multi-Site distributed environment, and provide hands on application with Outlook 2007 and/or 2010; and Blackberry devices and Blackberry Enterprise Server for clients with those applications.

Technical and Behavioral Skills:

--At least 4 years of experience supporting Enterprise messaging systems

--At least 2 years of experience administering Microsoft Office 365, and gone through at least one transition from a Hosted Exchange environment to Microsoft Office 365, or any other Exchange versions a plus

--Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills & Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010 certification required

--Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science MCITP and Enterprise Administrator certification Preferred

--Experience with ticketing systems, with preference for experience with ITSM7

--Installation and configuration of ADFS services for Office 365 and experience with installing, configuring, and/or maintaining Lync Server 2010 are a plus.
