Bi-lingual Account Executive / Business to Business Sales (Spanish/English)

Join our team and you will manage services to an existing client list and recruit new Authorized Dealers. Your responsibilities will include dealer training, product sales, marketing assistance and directing dealers in Authorized Dealership policies and procedures. Because our policy is to provide these services to our dealers on a personal, face-to-face basis, some travel is required.

Your primary focus will be to help your Latino and non-Latino dealers build their business by implementing marketing campaigns and sales training.



Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will have most or all of the following qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual, capable of reading, writing and speaking professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to Identify and grow new and existing retailer base within Latino markets
  • Ability to advise retailers concerning Latino sales and advertising techniques per specific markets
  • Willingness to Travel throughout specific region to meet with prospects and current retailers to discuss Latino updates and conduct sales training
  • Self confidence, positive attitude, solid work ethic and a very strong desire to succeed
  • At least 5 years of highly successful sales experience or marketing background with effective closing skills, preferably in business-to-business sales. Experience requirement is negotiable for the applicant with the right positive attitude.
  • A ‘People Person’ with excellent presentation, motivation and training skills
  • High level of integrity with strong customer service orientation
  • Comfortable selling technical products and services and eager to gain full product knowledge of new and existing products and services
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to change
  • High level computer expertise, including use of internet, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record


We do not sell to consumers or a variety of businesses. We deal with a defined business segment. This sales environment is not the type with a long sales cycle before moving to your next lead. You will be your customer's business partner on an ongoing basis, working with them to expand their business.



If you are selected for the Executive Sales Position, we will offer:

  • $30,000 Base salary plus commission. 1st Year Income Approximately $45,000.00 or more, DOP
