ideal candidate will manage fitness staff, facilities and programs in southeastern PA, Northern New Jersey as well as integrate with sites in other states. This position will require significant leadership skills, strong communication, creative programming, and financial acumen. Must have experience working in a corporate fitness center environment. Seeking 3 years management experience is strongly preferred. Marketing, communication and project management skills within fitness industry would be ideal for this position. Preferred candidate will have Nationally recognized industry certification.

Provides regional leadership to the fitness centers, staff and programs in multiple units in multiple states and potential in the UK. Manages and develops multiple management level staff. Assists in the annual operations plan and strategy development with full responsibility for executing/leading all included initiatives. Manages all operations in and out of the physical unit related to fitness and health programs, identify new business opportunities, responsible for quality, continuous improvement (operationally and financially), safety adherence, and leading/supporting all Sodexo's priorities such as diversity for there entire team. Identifies and coordinates vendors and purchases for clients. Coordinates with Facilities and Food GMs for integration, team support/training, execution of client requests and cost savings. Reports to Director, Quality of Life Services.
Basic Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or Health
Basic Management Requirement: 1 year
Basic Functional Requirement: 2 years in corporate wellness or a related field
