Sodexo has an opening for an Regional Vice President in campus dining to lead a team
of District Manager's for campus dining food operations in (New York,
Connecticut & New Jersey)
We need a superb leader in this role! The candidate must have extremely strong
interpersonal skills. This includes building relationships among the team with
all different management styles including diverse client strategies!
Thisis an exciting opportunity for Sodexo and an excellent opportunity for career

candidate be strategic, strong at motivating & building a senior management
team, ability to analyze and forecast financial results and make decisions
based on data and needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to
promote the Clients For Life philosophy.
Lead and inspire your team to continually improve Sodexo's performance for our
clients and customers. Develop and innovate to promote the strategy for the
region in collaboration with the team. You should have a proven ability in all
types of financial contracts. Able to manage through others, Able to
multi-task. Communication, follow up and proactive competencies a must. Having
a strong senior level food & beverage background is a plus!
The candidate must reside within the geography (New York, Connecticut
or New Jersey). Relocation offered. Company car offered.
Leads strategic and business planning and management for a specific segment within a Division's Region with a primary focus on growth and customer/client engagement. Provides leadership and direction for all business aspects within the assigned Regional segment, including account operations, growth, and retention, District Manager development and training, and financial growth and accountability. Provides a major focus for client relationship management, business retention, and new business development.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 7 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years in operations
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
