This very hands-on position will be completely accountable for producing consistent - high quality products such as Bread, Bagel, and Roll Dough’s on a daily basis with a great team of associates. This includes supervising of the team, safe food production, guarantee strict process controls are followed, ensuring associate safety, mentoring and coaching, supporting the local cafes and more.


We would like to speak with candidates who have several years of ‘hands on’ Bakery/Food manufacturing experience, have successfully supervised a team of production associates and proven ability to supervise a business unit.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor hourly production associates
• Good working knowledge of bakery production equipment & process controls
• Past experience training associates in safe work practices and following GMP's
• Knowledge of Sanitation processes and procedures within a food manufacturing plant
• Willingness and Ability to resolve problems and jump right in to help
• Positive and Professional Communication skills. -
• Proven customer service skills
• A min of 2 yrs in a Supervisory role and hands-on experience in a bakery environment.
• Competent in computer knowledge
• Bilingual – English –Spanish is highly regarded
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends, holidays and open to 1st or 2nd shift hours.
