Job Description
Investigate, resolve, document and report organization-specific patient and visitor satisfaction and dissatisfaction data to leadership and staff. Develop, implement and partcipate in patient experience initiatives related to MCHS Roadmap and Enterprise Patient Experience strategic operation plan. Provide service consultation, education, training and expertise as it relates to providing an exceptional patient experience. Provide and support databases.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science or health care related discipline or equivalent work experience preferred. Three years of relevant experience in a a health care environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and coordinating initiatives in a health care setting. Knowledge of relevant regulatory laws as it pertains to patient experience, patient's rights and portected health information.

Other Qualifications:
Demonstrates excellent skills in problem solving and improvement, leading and coaching others, verbal and written communication, and an ability to work independently. Ability to manage specific computer applications that capture customer feedback and log appropriate follow-up. Basic computer skills (Word, excel, spreadsheets, charts, etc.)
