Job Description
Procures the appropriate specimen in a safe, accurate, and professional manner with the proper technique. Operates systems/methodologies in order to produce timely and accurate data. Reports clinical data accurately and efficiently so that care givers receive timely patient information. Communicates to maintain team knowledge. Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards to satisfy compliance requirements. Maintains system to ensure maximum up-times. Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal, team, and departmental development.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of year of experience preferred. Education: Associate of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology program required. Official college transcripts are required for all new hires.
Other Qualifications:
Training: Clinical internship required.
License or Certification:
Licensure & Certification: Certified by a professional laboratory accrediting agency within one year of hire required (existing staff grandfathered prior to 5/1/2000).

Hours/Pay Period: 40
Schedule Details: Rotating Monday - Friday, including Saturday and Sunday Urgent Care shifts.
Weekend Schedule: Schedule will include Saturday and Sunday Urgent Care shifts.
